Kafeeye ERP – Privacy Policy
Kafeeye ERP ("the app": the Android app com.kafeeye.app and its web version at kafeeye.yagleltechnology.com) is provided by Yaglel Technology ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used and shared, how it is protected, and how you can have it deleted.
Kafeeye is a business tool: a company signs up, and its owner and staff use it to run sales, stock, customers, suppliers, debts and accounts.
1. Information we collect
Account information. For each person who signs in: full name, email address, phone number, role, and a password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form).
Company information. Business name, type, address, phone number and, if added, a company logo.
Business records you enter. Products and their prices, stock and warehouses; sales, purchases, returns, expenses and payments; customers and suppliers (names, phone numbers, balances and, where entered, a guarantor's name and phone number); and staff records. Some of this is information about other people (your customers and suppliers). You enter it, and you are responsible for having the right to do so.
Photos. Product photos and a company logo, only if you choose to upload them from your gallery. The camera is used only to scan barcodes; scanned images are not stored or uploaded.
Technical information. IP address, time of requests and the device's operating system, kept in server logs for security (for example, to block repeated failed sign-ins).
We do not collect your location, your device's contact list, SMS messages or call logs, and we do not use advertising identifiers.
2. How we use the information
- To provide the app: keep your company's records, show reports, print invoices and statements, and sync between devices.
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To send SMS messages (for example, a debt reminder to a customer) only when a user of your company chooses to send one.
- To provide support when you contact us.
We do not sell your information, do not show ads, and do not use your business records for any purpose other than running the service for your company.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the app, and only for that purpose:
- Hetzner Online GmbH: hosts our servers and database (data centres in the European Union).
- Cloudflare (R2 storage): stores encrypted copies (backups) of company data so it can be restored after a failure.
- Golis Telecom: delivers SMS messages; it receives only the recipient's phone number and the message text, and only when a user sends an SMS.
- Google Play: distributes the app (see Google's privacy policy).
We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Security
All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Each company's data is kept separate, and only that company's signed-in users can access it, according to the roles their administrator gives them.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your company's information while its account is active. When an account is deleted, its data is removed from our live systems immediately, and from backups within 30 days. Server security logs are kept only as long as needed to protect the service.
6. Deleting your account and data
- Delete some data and keep the account: the company owner or administrator goes to the menu Settings → Reset Data, chooses what to delete (sales and other transactions, products, customers and suppliers) and confirms with the password. The chosen data is permanently deleted; the account stays open. You can also ask us to delete specific data through the web page or email below.
- In the app: the company owner or administrator goes to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account and confirms with the password. The company account and all of its data (records, users, photos and backups) are permanently deleted.
- On the web (if you no longer have the app): submit a request at kafeeye.yagleltechnology.com/delete-account.html. We verify the request and delete the account and its data within 7 days.
- By email: write to info@yagleltechnology.com.
Staff members whose account was created by their company should ask their company's administrator, who can remove them, or contact us.
7. Children
Kafeeye is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above, and for significant changes we will notify users in the app.
